I stumbled upon this gym when look for a midway place to meet a member of my Bodybuilding team to train. Absolutely amazing gym. The equipment is hand picked high quality old school equipment with a few newer great pieces. It’s very clean and well maintained. Spoke to the owner at length, very friendly and supportive. Clean gym with the best variety of equipment. Some pieces you will not find anywhere else around. Great place for beginners or serious athletes.
Great atmosphere, nearly impossible to have a bad workout when you walk into this place. Everything is clean and tidy, with good ventilation running through the gym. large variety of high quality equipment that makes the workout effortless. Could not recommend this place enough if you are someone who doesn’t just enjoy working out but doing it in a place where you know the staff want to see you better yourself. 10/10.
