This gym feels like home! In an age of fitness fads, goofy marketing and pyramid schemes, East Coast Muscle remains a bastion for those seeking real results and real people. A true bodybuilding gym at its core, it is also welcoming enough for anyone to feel comfortable their first day. With great equipment and a great atmosphere, you can tell the owners really care, both about the gym and their members.

I struggle finding good bodybuilding friendly gyms while traveling. This place is unmatched. Leg day equipment is a dream. I have been able to follow my splits without mods for each trip up. The facility is organized and clean. The culture is kind and respectful. Everyone here has been so welcoming. Definitely a must visit or if you live here then I’m jealous. This should be your home gym lol.
