I paid for appraisal as required. A second appraisal was requested and charged to my card without my authorization. The owner promised me a refund since my closing in September 5, 2017. I have been chasing Avelino Figueira since then without any success. He has lied many times about checks were mailed to me and even overnight. He made his money, sold my loan and charged me 2 times for appraisal. Shark! Look out.
