DeVere Insulation and East Cost Mold Remediation were very responsive and easy to work with. We had various sub-contractors working on our home, which required some juggling and rescheduling of work. Christina Pollikof, our point of contact at DI/ECMR, worked with us and accommodated our need for scheduling adjustments. The work performed by DI/ECMR was very good, and resolved the issues identified in our basement. I highly recommend them.
Appreciated the attention to safety and proper procedures. From sales, to admin, to installers - everyone was professional and helpful.
Absolutely one star experience. The project manager was absent from the job site and missed adding items on his work order. The remediation team missed completing items that were on the work order. There are still active sites of mold on the project that did not get spotted and when they came to fix some of the ones they missed, they covered the smallest of areas with huge pieces of covering and tape (unnecessarily) which ate the paint.
