Great service. They have detailed multiple boats and cars for me over the years. Took a very old boat and made it look amazing recently and always show up when planned! Highly recommended.
NO SHOW. My wife made an appointment for my car to be detailed in December. They called at the last minute and rescheduled for today. We just called to find out where they were and they seem to have forgotten about the appointment. The owner claims he tried to call us, however our phone records indicates no calls were received and there were no voice mails. I suggest you try a different service.
A+++++ Service. I couldn't be happier with East Coast Detailing's work! I Would recommend them 100% They have worked on both my wife's and my car. They also take care of my boat! I feel like my car looks and smells brand new- especially with the kid's messes!
Really dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. Had heard great things. Had a bad customer service experience with them. I had an appointment at 8AM, so I re-arranged my day to be here for 4 hrs while they detailed my car. I waited and no-show. When I called, they said they were here at 8 and knocked on the door.
