This company did repairs on our ice machine 3 separate times. The first time, the technician installed the ice flapper backwards so the machine would not work after they left. The repair person kept complaining that the job was taking too long and he was going to get in trouble because he wasn't going to "meet his numbers". The second time, they came out to clean the machine and all went well. This is hands down the best company I have come across in four years of running a restaurant. Dealing with equipment failures are the most stressful part of the job. I don't think I will ever call anyone else again
East Coast saved the day. Cybil is a literal angel, their service man was amazing - everything was super easy and efficiently fixed. I hope I don't run into any more problems but if I do, I will be calling East Coast!
