This is hands down the best company I have come across in four years of running a restaurant. Dealing with equipment failures are the most stressful part of the job. I don't think I will ever call anyone else again
East Coast saved the day. Cybil is a literal angel, their service man was amazing - everything was super easy and efficiently fixed. I hope I don't run into any more problems but if I do, I will be calling East Coast!
