I needed trusses for construction of a new home. Some of the other local truss companies told me it would be weeks before they could give me an estimate. I e-mailed my plans to East Coast and Bob Akim responded the same day with an estimate. Bob even drove to meet me halfway to accept a down payment check to get the ball rolling. He also kept me informed every step of the way during production and the trusses were delivered a month later as requested. I will definitely use East Coast again and will call Bob when I do.
Horrible company. Google their most recent court ruling. You’ll learn all you need to know as it relates to their poor management of their workers.
