We recently purchased our pool at the Western Branch location. Our sales associate failed to mention anything about building permits, electrical permits the list goes on. My husband and I just moved here from upstate NY we are military and new to owning a pool. We were just looking for some great information and some honesty, thought we found it guess not!! Horrible customer service. They delivered the pool late and they sell the cheapest materials. I had to replace almost my entire pump system within 4 months of having the pool. The skimmer literally broke off the side of the pool causing it to drain over a foot of water. They came out to fix the part, with a cheaper version and guess who gets stuck paying for the water all over again. Our pump broke within a week of running it. I mean it has been problem after problem. Go somewhere, anywhere else you can.
