Bought a hot tub in July, was told delivery date was to be Sep. a little long but with everything going on, OK. stopped in early Sep. was then told Dec. I called around and everyone said Dec. Stopped in the other day, 4 DEC. Was told at that time now its Jan, and has always been Jan. No it hasn't been, they weren't even nice about it, my wife needs it, due to her medical condition. I can't even look for something else as they have my money and the manager is hiding from me.

I bought my pool at Eastcoast Leisure and had it installed last week. They were polite knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my pool considering this is my first real pool. Those guys are great.

This spring we purchased a nice table and chairs from them. In August, the table just suddenly exploded and glass flew everywhere. It was and is still under warranty, and they refuse to back it or even return my calls. My next step is 10 on your side. This table cost a lot of money, and all we have is a table frame. I have since learned that this is a very common occurrence for these tables. They should not be on the market. If you need something they have sitting on the shelf, great! Their hours of operation are reasonable, more extended than some to provide service/products for people after working hours. Salesmen are not informed well enough to help walk in customers seeking to purchase inventory sitting on their sales floor. I saw a cantilever umbrella I was very interested in purchasing...I would have walked out the door that day with the purchase. It was on sale even...but the young man "helping" us could tell us little about the umbrella ... read more

I purchased and had installed a new liner for my inground pool this past summer. The entire process was so easy. I basically just pointed at the new pattern I wanted and they took care of everything else. My pool looks gorgeous now! I did search for 3 bids and East Coast offered the most reasonable price, best product and prompt service. In fact, I even started using their pool opening and closing service. I just had my pool installed yesterday (7/23/2012). So far I am very pleased. I would suggest that they tell you the contractor that installs the pool does not install the ladder. Had I known that, I could have had the ladder put together last week when everything was delivered and ready to swim today. Hopefully, I will be able to swim in my new pool later tonight or tomorrow.

i used this company the last few years for opening and closings of my pool. had an issue last year with them breaking something and not threading the piping back together correctly and ended up with a leak. then again this year, paid for a pool opening they did not even bother to scrub the walls, which come with an opening and then put piping together crappy again and i have another leak!! i am not happy and have been passed around to about 5 people today, cannot get them back til next week to fix the leaking part, they were... read more
