Met with Phillip on Saturday, had a nice, clean lawn on Monday. No hassle. no problems, just a good. professional job

While installing sod the team damaged property. Only wanted to work odd hours like late evening. Quality of sod was bad. Philip refused to replace per agreed warranty. He doesn’t even answer his phone
