Guy showed up to take measurements and get ideas of what I wanted. Promised me a proposal was on the way. After 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails, asking where the proposal was, they totally ghosted me. I could have made progress with my HOA but I was depending on this place which turned out to be unprofessional and frankly, unforgivable. How is this place in business when they completely blow you off?
