This gym helped me unlock untapped potential. The owner also a coach (Fonz) walks what he talks. Strongman and Powerlifting. You’ll wanna be better just from the energy here itself.

I’ve had many experiences in the past with ‘trainers’ but none as efficient, knowledgeable and caring as Fonz. He knows exactly how to guide your fitness routine to get the results you’re looking for. In addition, he teaches you proper form and makes adjustments along the way to ensure you stay injury free. There’s not enough good things I can say about Fonz and I’m very happy to have the opportunity to learn from him.
