Fonz is AWESOME - knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to understand my goals and push me in the right way. But never so hard that I dread a session. I’ve seen real progress and actually look forward to workouts. First time I have ever noticed progress and changes without feeling intimated or overwhelmed.
Fonz is a very knowledgeable trainer...great motivator ... I'm 63 yrs old this gym reminds me of the old school gyms in the 80s ....we use to scream out " this ain't know health spa !! " That's this gym it's for those men and women who enjoy working hard specializing in powerlifting..
