East Coast replaced my entire system 5 years ago, after an i Coil was determined faulty by general design from the previous unit. I've not had a single issue with the system or it's efficiency. And when a problem did arise, we found the culprit to be ants, not craftsmanship. Arrived on time, and effectively diagnosed the issue and had a part delivered, installed and we were done. 40 mins. I had an excellent experience with East Coast Heating % Cooling: we had a complex project to replace an oil burned with heat pumps and ECHC did a great job on planning and execution. Great design and great execution.
