Recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can't say enough good things about Dr Gaines and his staff. We found him by his reviews and from there it was beyond five stars from the first phone call to our office visit. He took such patience and care of my 101 year old grandmother and made her feel comfortable each visit. She was given an older set of hearing aids and rather than try to sell her a new set and have her spend thousands of dollars he did everything he could to utilize what she had at a very affordable amount. Amazing experience from beginning to end! Dr Gaines gave us caring attention and took the time needed to find the source of the problem and to explain things to us. Plus, the office manager is awesome! �
So thankful to have found Dr. Gaines. After going from doctor to doctor for 30 years and being told vertigo was something you just had to live with, I am amazed that after only one visit with him, my vertigo is gone.
Dr Gaines is AMAZING ! He was able to correctly evaluate and diagnose my hubby's vertigo issue. His treatment plan has allowed a near 100 % recovery. He was professional, knowledgable and informative. I highly recommend him for all your hearing and balance problems. We are so grateful to have found him.
Dr. Gaines is very personable and attentive. I was impressed with his response time to our email inquiry and the fact that he personally called us to discuss our concerns. At our appointment he was very thoughtful and understanding. He explained everything in very easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a hearing balance issue.

A great place to get excellent care and advice. I have worn hearing aids for 17 years, and East Coast Hearing and Balance has been the greatest in working with me and my aids. I have also had ear molds made there, and they are the best fitting molds I have ever had. The doctor really listens to you and cares about you. I highly recommend them.
