Horrible experience. Created an incorrect template and installed the incorrect countertop. Now have to spend more time and money finding a competent vendor and pursuing a claim.
Horrible experience. Created an incorrect template and installed the incorrect countertop. Now have to spend more time and money finding a competent vendor and pursuing a claim.
Alot left to be desired!! Dealing with multiple vendors on a remodel and this company has been by far the worst experience. The 5-7 day template to install is not guaranteed as advertised, so don't be fooled. If you have other vendors waiting to come in behind them, know that you can't count on their timelines which are overpromised and under delivered. Great initial sales experience. Kitchen counters installed "5-7 business days guaranteed" is not accurate. They came and removed the old countertops. The guys who removed the countertops did a great job, they were careful, nice, and polite. We waited 12 days for the countertops to be installed, without the use of our stove or our water in the kitchen. The guy who came to create the template for the new countertop was rude.
