The reasons and time line below are why we would urge those considering their kitchen and bath needs to go elsewhere – anywhere else, if possible. We typically read reviews before selecting a company to work with (and we should have heeded the warnings of the previous negative reviews) but due to convenience we ended up at East Coast once we learned we only needed a remnant for our counter top.
