After some initial difficulties with communication, customer service and product, East Coast remedied the situation and I am very pleased with my granite. I would recommend them to others while emphasizing working with one East Coast representative from start to finish.
What a great company to work with! East Coast Granite recently completed the installation of new granite counters, backsplash and sinks in our kitchen and bathroom. Stephanie was so helpful in planning the job, providing estimate and contract, and scheduling. Granite counters were cut accurately, and installed perfectly. The tile work is beautiful. From start to finish in about a month at a fair price - impressive!
We had a great experience with ECG. I worked mainly with Hannah and she was super responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Would absolutely work with them again.
East Coast granite and marble is my favorite place for countertops and sinks. They had exactly what I was looking for and they're pricing was straightforward and easy to understand. Everyone was great to work with from the people in the showroom to those who measured to those who installed and the finished product was wonderful! I have worked with them twice already and have my next project lined up and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
