The customer journey was excellent. I worked with their rep to arrange a time to view the different quartz slabs. I was able to pick my slab and sink in less than an hour. Their template guy did an excellent job and the cuts on the slab came out perfect. They arrived on time and the estimated time for install was correct. Stephanie at East Coast Granite was an absolute dream to work with. I absolutely loved that I could text her questions and she was always quick to respond.
