What a horrible company, beware anyone looking to book through east coast rentals. They rented a beach front location to my wife and her elderly parents. The AC unit was broken upon arrival, no AC in the middle of Sydney summer, sound fun? Sound safe? Apparently these people have never heard of heat stroke in the elderly. Or maybe the Australian sun has baked their brains. How did they remedy the situation? By ghosting my wife completely. This is clearly a scam, take your money and ghost you.
