Very disappointing. After my first visit with worrisome symptoms the Dr scheduled an endoscopy and prescrided Rx. A few days later i called to say that my symptoms were still bad and that mayve the Dr would increase the dosage or give me another medication. The office said they would reach out to him and either he or they would get back to me by the end of the day. Nobody called. Dr Tomaino and his PA are both very friendly people. He is knowledgeable and has treated both me and my daughter. I wld refer him to anyone. He is a great doctor and person. Was always good to us. New front desk personnel are very helpful as well.
Started off strong! I really liked the doctor but had more questions I needed to ask as my symptoms got worse. In a span of 2.5 weeks, I called the office 4x to get a call back from the doctor. Nobody called me back each time. I then called to cancel my colonoscopy and no questions were asked. Doctor is great but staff is not.
Excelente servicio al paciente, me gusta que las asistentes son bilingües y hablan perfectamente inglés y español, el trato recibido hacia mí fue de lo mejor, destacó el hecho que son una clínica que pone como prioridad la atención al paciente de principio a fin. Lo recomiendo 👍🏻
Is this place even open? I had an appt. The door was locked, no one answered for the 15 minutes I stood outside and no one answered the phone for the 15 minutes I kept calling. That is so unprofessional. I recommend no one make an appt with this place EVER!!!!!
