I had had regular appointments at another PT place, but when they were unable to accommodate my post surgery requirements I called East Coast. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. First, Susan, who answered the phone, got me scheduled within 4 days. She called right back after working things out to get me in ASAP. She was competent, friendly, and all around wonderful. These guys couldn't have been better. They're super friendly. They explain everything and they're willing to answer any questions. I was apprehensive to do physical therapy, but these guys are top notch.
