Great business to work with- they do an amazing job!
I highly recommend East Coast Flooring. Great service and assistance in helping us decide on our flooring. And the two young gentlemen they installed the flooring couldn’t have been any more friendly and talented in their work. We love our floors!
I was taught if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. However, for the sake of others I must review this place. There is nothing nice to say about the owner or employees. The flooring was fine. The install was fine. Prices are comparable. What isn't acceptable is the lack of respect displayed by the owner and the poor customer service by supporting staff. I regret having done business with them and would steer others away from using them.
Mitch and his team are terrific. Laura in the office is fantastic! I had a little bit of a flooring emergency because my mother's bedroom carpet needed to be replaced asap and they had great advice as to what kind of flooring was best, got it done quickly for me and got it done beautifully too!
