Anthony was great. He walked us through our options and value for what we needed.
Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful from the associates in the showroom to the installers. They guided us through picking the best flooring for our space and helped guide us with making deductions regarding the installation of our new flooring. We will definitely return for any future flooring needs. They were quick to work with and made us feel like valued customers. We will highly recommend East Coast Flooring to everyone we know.
Staff is helpful and they have a large selection I'll be buying from them again
From the moment we walked in the front door we were well taken care of. Our sales rep was Bill, and he was knowledgeable, listened to all of our questions, and showed us flooring that matched our needs and desires. We also received a ten cent per square foot discount for paying cash/check. I had shopped the big box supply houses and neither of their prices came close to East Coast Floors, and customer service at East Coast is the best!
The guys at East Coast Flooring were fantastic to work with to help us pick out our new floor for our bathroom renovation. We visited the store numerous times because I was so undecided on what I wanted and had wild Pinterest dreams. However I became reasonable and picked out beautiful flooring that I can’t wait to install and see our kids reaction to their new bathroom.
