Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful, but special thanks to Anthony for his patience working with us to be sure we got the best product for our project! We were impressed with both prices and quality. We'll use East Coast again, and highly recommend you do.
We love the selections of their flooring choices. All of the associates were so helpful & knowledgeable. We have now renovated 3 rooms & our hallway & staircase with their products. Their installer, Dan, did a beautiful job. They are all so friendly & professional. We highly recommend East Coast Floor Store!
I am totally impressed with the staff's knowledge of the products. The staff took their time to present several samples to me for what I was looking for. Very cordial, pleasant staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Steve and his team have been wonderful! They have gone above and beyond to help my wife and I find the tile we want. We’ve been looking every weekend for over three months now from Harrisburg to Frederick Maryland, to Hagerstown Maryland to Chambersburg with no luck. We walked into East Coast floor and we were met by Steve and he was determined to find us the floor we wanted. He even ordered additional samples for us. Traveled here from Chambersburg after 2 bad experiences at a local flooring store in Chambersburg. We were greeted and happily helped immediately by Rebecca who was the most knowledgeable flooring expert we have ever met. She answered every single one of our 500 questions, was not pushy at all (They are a NO COMMISSIONS store), and made sure we were 100% satisfied before purchasing.
