I rang to purchase parts but was told there would be a surcharge unless I came in and paid personally. So I came in a tapped and paid but still found I had the $30.00 surcharge. I was told AFTER that I had to insert card rather than tap. They never told me that knowing I had driven all the way in there (90 minute drive) to avoid this charge. I asked them to put it back through and they said no can do. On top of that, their labour charge was $220.00 and hour! My local mechanic is $120.00 an hour. Vera and the team are great to deal with at East Coast Fiat - unfortunatly our pockets are not deep enough to keep up with what's need to own one of these incredible machines.

Attention Mr Andrew Jackson Not impressed with Miss Sam Benson ! ' only genuine Fiat patrs fitted' All my old parts returned in non Fiat boxes ! I cleaned out the resevior myself prior to arriving , was charged on the bill for it! I requested the heater hoses to be changed out, but Sam told me Fiat do not do a kit for them ! I was handed a plastic heater tap though ! Yippee! I did get main hoses repkaced, still using my old hose clamps! I rather it done in a workshop than myself doing it on the edge of the road in the middle... read more

You would think that they are family run business, nothing was too much trouble to help me out in my time of need. I felt like a bit of a pest but the office staff, the yard crew, the mechanics and the grounds on site night watchman just trying to accommodate me. Very helpful happy people 😊 Thank you all Steve G
