Gavin was a great help in our purchase of a summer home from abroad. He was able to arrange multiple viewings in a short time period over a wide area efficiently. He was also willing to make multiple long trips to the home we purchased to meet inspectors, take water samples and do final walk throughs. We first met Gavin at an open house he was conducting for another agent. His knowledge & willingness to help blew us away.
