Today I ended up at Quality Equipment in Hertford because of the lack of customer service in the Edenton location. I called ahead to check inventory for a Stihl edger which, Scotty gladly checked. Once I arrived Scotty was a great help. He checked prices and inventory then listened to an idea that I had. He enlisted Cody to help as Scotty said he had more knowledge which he did.
