We listed our house for sale back in the Spring, and realized an underground storage tank on our property was not resolved by the previous owner, like we'd been told it was. Town required an asbestos inspection which delayed everything (costing time and money). called Tom on a Friday morning, explained need to move quickly and he inspected home that afternoon and provided the necessary report the following Tuesday. Lightening fast, reasonable, professional and by far the easiest person to work with during this entire job.
