We hired Mike to do lead remediation on our very old South Philly rowhome. Our son’s lead levels were elevated at his 2-year appointment, prompting an inspection from the city and a notice that we’d have to abate damaged areas within 30 days. Additionally, he went the extra mile by checking in on the building during a heavy downpour to ensure that no further damage occurred.
