Beware. My home has the roll down retractable screens, and they’re super expensive, and they break all the time. This company claims to have a lifetime warranty, but every time it breaks they charge you a thousand dollars to replace it. I spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company replacing these problem prone screens, and my last experience was absolutely a nightmare. East Coast electric screening installed an electric screen enclosure for our patio approximately 11 years ago. It has worked nearly flawlessly since. It incredibly enhances our enjoyment of our outdoor space. If we have had an issue due to weather East Coast came right out and serviced it impeccably. Highly, highly recommend this business.
