We had Jake install a Generac whole home backup generator. Jake is a great communicator.. His pricing was transparent and fair and completed the job on schedule.. It was a pleasure to do business with East Coast. . I would highly recommend them.

We were in quite a fix - lost power to the heat in our bathroom and living room - NOT fun taking a shower in a chilly bathroom. Once Jake (and crew) saw my request for help, they were at our house within a couple hours. Jake took a look at the panel, saw the problem, and had it fixed within 20 minutes (MAX!) - had the heat working in both rooms. We are SO APPRECIATIVE. Both Jake and his assistant were professional, polite and very efficient! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
