It is nice to deal with a professional mechanic. East Coast did the service on time, attended to the urgent repairs, and notified me of repairs needed in the short term. Well done.
3 times our vehicle has been repaired for the same thing in a number of months. Currently vehicle is undriveable from questionable workmanship and the communication has been unacceptable.
The service of this business is first class. We travel full time and subsequently have used a few different business to service our vehicle. Whilst they have all been very good DPS have taken it to a new level.
I was in the position of looking for a new mechanic, as mine had left the coast. My truck had an air brake problem. I phoned Shane, he was so obliging, fitted me in, sorted the problem, and I've been using Eastcoast Diesel Services ever since. I highly recommend their services, great staff and excellent service.
