I waited for months for glass shelves for my bathroom closet, finally I get a call that backs out of the order that already had been quoted and measured that stated they were backing out because they though they may have gotten my order for a shower enclosure and did not . Actually East Coast Glass would have gotten the order when they install the shelving. Not now! They have lost a customer, poor customer service.
Superior craftsmanship! Excellent follow up and just plain nice to work with.
