Treated us very well on our cabinets and counter tops both for the kitchen and master bathroom. Had one little hiccup and that was a misunderstanding of sink type but they quickly rectified the problem.
We have been given the run around for over 2 months concerning our floor. This is the job that was done and how they left us. They've attempted to fix the sub floor on 3 different occasions, a very SIMPLE CARPENTRY JOB. This is ridiculous. Every time we turn around something else is wrong with this job. I'm very disgusted and disappointed.
My handyman recommended East Coast Countertops for my new kitchen counters, and I'm very glad he did. ECC was easy to work with, has an extensive selection of granite (and many other products) at very reasonable prices, and templated and installed my new countertops in less than two weeks. We invested $30,000 for a condo remodeling Only to have a unfinished work. Only once did we see Chuck when we were paying for the service.We had To clean up the mess they left so we could have a place for our furniture. We confronted him and demanded to have our project completed only after waiting Three months. Now he and family members are attacking my business via Social Media Please people, don’t invest in this company.
