All they're positive reviews are fake, they are by family members & by their friend Paul Passamonte. This man owns "I know a Guy" auto detailing who cleans Chuck's cars which were paid for by the money he stole from us. When I contracted with them I never saw any of the negative reviews because all I saw were positive reviews. Later I found out in fact these are all fake. It must’ve taken Jessica and Allison (Chucks 2 Phat wives) an extremely long period of time to write all these fake positive reviews on Google and Facebook. Any review that you see by Abrego, Allison, Jose, Lopez, etc. these are family members, employees or fake reviews that two fat wives have nothing better to do than create themselves in the office while their handicapped husband is out collecting checks from unfortunate people with no intention to finish the work, in my opinion. Please call the state attorney at (386)239-7710 and lodge a complaint with the state attorney. There are enough victims by the hands of these people, my opinion. Chuck has a handicap designation on his cars, but he runs around with a sledgehammer and a crowbar smashing up peoples houses. He declared bankruptcy in May 2022, but drives luxury cars. Very very poor work and messy as well as lying and poor customer service. They still owe us a cabinet and sad. This was a $24,000. Cabinet job. 6 of 14 top cabinets "do NOT match! " And we were to have frames on top row to add glass to match our pantry door. They installed complete doors on 14 top row cabinets. I.e. they ordered the wrong doors and will not correct the problem. Poor quality and rip off. Do not use them or you may be as sorry as we are. They (Chuck Ogden) have declared bankruptcy AGAIN to avoid paying those of us that were ripped of for several thousand dollars!
Cabinets are poor quality and faulty. Ours have cracks and splits, and the lazy Susan broke when we put four cans on it. Granite seam is terrible to the point of embarrassing. Didn’t run granite up the wall behind the range top like they were supposed to. My twelve year old grandson could have done a better job on the trim work. After they get your deposit, you have to about beg them to come do the work and then most of what they do has to be redone. They lie. They won’t answer the phone and won’t call you back either. VERY cheaply made cabinets. They split apart, the Lazy Susan collapsed after we put 4 cans on it! Granite was cut wrong, bad seam work and it sags. Never installed granite behind range top as promised. Trim work is horrible. They NEVER answer the phone, and Chuck and CJ do not return calls! They are nice folks until they get your down payment, then it's downhill from there. Caught them in several lies and discrepancies.
