Reflecting on the show this past weekend as I am unloading the truck. I signed with East Coast because all I saw on TV were commercials about their event. I felt lucky to get a booth at the last minute due to a cancellation. The onsite staff of Renee and Loren were outstanding to work with, and seeing the rush of consumers Saturday morning validated my decision. See you next show!
Gave them 2 show chances in Nashville, TN. Back to back terrible experiences. I would not recommend choosing this company for their home shows.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this event company in the last two shows. They are deceitful and take advantage of the contract for their own benefit, with no regard for the clients. The entire process, from the initial agreement to the actual event, was a nightmare. The contract is heavily skewed in their favor, and they exploit every loophole to their advantage, leaving the clients with all the risks and losses. This show in Orlando that just happened in August was terrible. We thought it was another show that is usually much bigger and were appalled at only like 6 aisles and mostly hot tubs - getting sharked the whole way through because there weren't any attendees. Terrible experience, terrible offering. Just Terrible. Don't waste the trip - do your homework and wait for the other show. Many of the vendors also seemed pretty miserable.
El servicio de esta compañía deja mucho que desear con respecto al servicio cliente y logística, es el segundo año en el Tampa show y nos han dado lugares equivocados sin el espacio por el cual se contrato, pero lo peor es el trato de su personal sobre una señora de nombre Rene, muy mal trato y hasta con ofensas. No volvemos a este evento por esta compañía. Nefasto servicio pero sobre todo la agresividad con la que tratan a sus clientes.
