Disappointing service, went in to look at a van. Had a couple of questions which Dylan couldn't answer. Was told they would get back to us. Tried to follow up multiple times over a few weeks but no response. Car was marked as sold online after a month and price dropped. Rather disappointed in the poor customer service
Had a great experience buying my Peugeot Boxer Van, to help kick start my music career, through East Coast Commercials! Dylan Ross and Matthew Crane were very helpful and easy to communicate with, even being patient enough to wait 3 extra weeks for me to pick it up due to delays in me getting into town. Dylan answered many of my questions over multiple days before and after my purchase. Very happy with the Van, and excited to get my music equipment in & ready to travel to my next gig! Purchase was seamless and was very quick. Ecc we're very easy to deal with and we would highly recommend them. They had options to provide extra care for the car and insurance etc.
Don’t bother with finance they won’t help at all infact they waste your time drag there feet, if your good at your job you should know pretty easily and quickly if someone can afford it or not i got told 2 days A week later still hadn’t gotten a yes or no for the go ahead on an iload meanwhile I could of been working but need a car so money lost Must mention it’s not in house finance but they do 0 to help you and work for you to get a simple yes or no
Waited 3 weeks for car to be “ready” and then never received it , particularly not happy with Anthony.
