Good morning, My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but I arrived at 7:20 a.m. The staff was very kind and courteous. I was finished by 10:20 a.m., even before my actual appointment time. My advice is that we should all try to be patient and understanding, as they are doing their best. I had an issue with the pickup number, and they were very helpful in assisting me. Very slow and disorganized. Long wait times, poor communication, and nobody seems to care about helping drivers. Not recommended
