Great place I was in and out for pickup there are no overnight parking on this site
I do not understand why it takes 4 hours just to pick up a container. Only one yard jockey that is actually working. The other two talking and taking their sweet time bringing in containers. Hire rookie CDL drivers so owner operators can get in and get out. This is a waste of time. Close this down.
Charged my small buisness shipment over $2,000 for some nonsense custom fees. I hope these people go bankrupt.
These people are public robbers, they will hold your container for no reason. It took them almost 2 weeks to do an X Ray on my containers, I ended up paying $5000 in demurrage. I heard they recently built this property and now they have to pay it off by holding people’s containers and paying nonsense custom fees.I’ve been importing goods since 2016 and it didn’t happen like this before. They don't let me in gate because I can't dropoff the trailer and at guard shack a woman doing her job wery bad, seat and play with two smartphone, not adequate and nervous when I come, no answering, and shut door. When I stay about 10 min. near to my delivery location, she not give me spot at facility until I communicate with dispatch and broker about this situation 😒 I tell her be patient with driver and do you job.
