Rude people on guard shack. They didn’t let me in to make a u-turn. They said back up and it’s active road where truck and cars pass on a high score. So I had to risk my life and others just to get off that facility
Good morning, My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but I arrived at 7:20 a.m. The staff was very kind and courteous. I was finished by 10:20 a.m., even before my actual appointment time. My advice is that we should all try to be patient and understanding, as they are doing their best. I had an issue with the pickup number, and they were very helpful in assisting me.
