He does a great job! Services 288 units at my complex and can fix almost any carpet issue!
Terry came to clean our carpet in our apartment and initially was friendly. He accidentally knocked a bar chair off of the bar and it broke the leg in half. Our apartment office called and said he broke it by accident but it was repairable so I told them it was fine but upon inspection later, the chair is not fixable. I asked Terry politely if he would help us figure something out to be compensated for the accident but he will not return my messages. Do not recommend using this business.
Well apparently this guy thinks he does covid 19 infection clean up and bio medical hazardous waste but Carrie's 0 licenses or certifications to do so. Also carried no msds sheets for the chemicals in which he was applying violating osha as well will be following up with legal action.
Hired East Coast Carpet today to clean our bedrooms. Carpets came out great, even in the kids rooms! Terry was very pleasant and professional. Price was competitive. Would highly recommend :)
