Dr Ashok is so sweet and caring and most importantly listens to you and takes the time to explain to you in layman's terms so that you truly understand what is going on / what the plan is. Reception are also very helpful and welcoming.
One star to the receptionist that answered the phone when I called to book an appointment. Please note that your receptionist is causing you to lose a patient because after the way I was treated I'm going to get a referral to go to a different doctor. Rude and condescendent while I was extremely politely asking to book an appointment as per instructed by my GP (who asked me to call and book it urgently). I don't care how the system works, you have to know that we are patients and it's not our job to know that I'm not allowed... read more

I have been brought up leaning to give doctors as much respect as we give to the Gods and Dr Ashok most definitely deserves it and I now know why. I take my father's health very seriously and I am glad my dad's GP Dr Archana Kothari she's amazing too referred us to Dr Ashok, his experience speaks the way he diagnoses the patient, so well and so detailed, he explains everything so clearly, I feel so much comfortable and confident in managing my dad's heart. Technicians were professional and Dr Ashok, the consultant, was caring and lovely to speak with. I recommend East Coat Cardiology. The receptionist is a gem.
