The operating hours make absolutely no sense. I booked the vehicle pickup for 4:00 PM. I was trying to arrive on time, but my hostel check-in was delayed, so I arrived at 4:20 PM instead. However, the rental company had already closed at 4:00 PM, which meant I completely lost an entire day of my rental. If customers are allowed to book a 4:00 PM pickup, shouldn’t the closing time be at least 5:00 PM? I admit that arriving late was my fault, but this situation is still very frustrating and unreasonable.
Walked in off the street on the off chance I could hire a car like right away as I hadn't made a booking. I was honestly impressed with the service I received from the staff member he made it happen on the spot and with a great attitude. The young chap was awesome, within 15-20min I was driving out in a mint Red Cherry that had all the bells and whistles not to mention great fuel economy as well. The rental fee was cheap and also included all insurances and tolls. Hand on heart I can honestly recommend to go see these guys.

Collection and drop off were both extremely easy. Customer service standard was excellent. The vehicle was amazing and we will definitely use East Coast again
