Fanatic team as Syd airport office of East Coast rentals. Really friendly and super professional. And they’re the best prices in town!
We had "Full Coverage Insurance" but not with EastCoast. They levied a $5500 Excess on our card to cover accidental Damage. A couple more complaints...we were charged $43 for 1 hour even though we picked up at the right time and dropped off early? I think the of $5 per litre for fuel if the tank is not full on return is very harsh indeed.Will not use again.
We had such a great experience with East Coast car hire. The pick up service from the airport was quick and the driver was very friendly. When we arrived at the office, the staff there were also so friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with their service, very lovely people. The car was just what we needed and just as described. When returning the car today, the service was once again amazing. Within minutes of arriving, the car was checked and we were on our way to the airport in the shuttle bus. My Mum dropped her license in her car before flying interstate and required it for collection of rental car . Due to my location she needed a vehicle and having no license was going to mean shed miss seeimg me because it's company policy to sight license. Thankfully Harry amd Lisa help me sort out another option and i was able to leave in an upgraded vehicle without any problems. Thanks again Harry and Lisa for taking such good care of my Mum at such a difficult time for her .. Cheers Shiva
