Well. My first experience with crash repair in 54 years of driving. Crashed my '02 Suburban last year and quickly found myself between a rock and a hard spot. The folks at East Coast Autowerks took me in and began the process of getting my truck back on the road. One year later my truck is back better than it was the day before I crashed it. Hands down 5/5! Great customer service, great body work! Got my jeep back, couldn't stop smiling. After 3 months of driving it all beat up cause the guy who hit me-insurance company wanted to play games. Well, they lost...they tried hard to get ECA to lower costs-but ECA KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They didn't let this insurance company run one on me or them. Got my FREEDOM (that's my jeeps name) back today-and feel like I got my freedom back being back up in her! great job!! You won't be disappointed!
