I contacted East Coast Auto Care after having a really horrible experience with a different business. East Coast could not have been more incredible. From great customer service, affordable pricing and getting the job done I feel they went above and beyond to sort issues that were caused by a previous mechanic. I wish I could review their service as it never happened. So this is not a indication of their automotive skills, just their tardiness. I arrived at 8:30 (the time listed as their opening hours), the shop was shut. So I waited. I waited half an hour with no sign of anyone turning up. So I left. For a place that had to push my service out 2 weeks because they are "too busy", it was poor form. 10/10 snakefab fan and patreon member also had these guys work on my old car before I sold it ( best mechanic work ive seen in a long time) highly recommend these guys! ( also saw 224 TAE while driving this morning, looks and sould fantastic)
Called to see about a quote involving actuator and door locking mechanism and basically told to take it elsewhere. Not interested in taking it on. Maybe some other places will be worth the time to make a phone call before even calling this place Edit. The 1 star was in relativity to availability. The bagging of “other places” was of prices, one of which being 175. If you’re “busy” then it would make perfect sense for people to call other places first.
