In my experience, I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and interacted with Jennifer at the reception and Ed, the mechanic who handled the inspection. Jennifer was professional and organized, making the process smooth from the start. Communication was clear, and I was able to get in without friction. I must say this was a great choice!!! I checked the reviews before I even called and I was confident from the great feedback. I’m new to Florida and needed a trustworthy mechanic shop. I had explained to a family member what was going on with my car and they told me what it most likely was. If you are looking for an honest Mechanic and one that also is fare on price, then look no further. After speaking with 10 different local Mechanics to replace an Oil pan on one of our Fleet trucks here at Tenax Electrical, every one of them said I needed a new oil pan after looking at the pictures. East Coast was the first one to say "wait a minute, from the pictures it does not look like you need a new oil pan. Come bring it in and let's see".
