Everyone wants to receive quality, and timely work at a fair price when their auto is worked on. I pull out of East Coast feeling that and more. The “more” is the feeling they are looking at the longer range maintenance for vehicle retention. A barometer of the car and its non LOF maintenance needs. Not trying to get the quick sale of work done on that visit but my return. This gives the feel of a partnership and looking after my best interests.
Always get great service at East Coast Auto Care. Been taking my Toyota Tacoma to them for years. If it’s not broken they don’t fix it. They just replace my shocks front and rear. Rides whole lot better.Thank You East Coast Auto Care!!!
New go to shop. Jennifer and Ed are the best, HIGHLY recommend. Ed doesn’t make up unnecessary repairs or include any bs charges, is on time, communicative, and clean. Has worked on my mustang and grand Cherokee.
Ed and the guys have always taken great care of my 2011 car so that I feel safe when I take a trip and when I drive around Jax. They are reliable and honest and I always enjoy my experience there. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate their expertise and knowledge and kindness.
The only choice in auto care in Jacksonvillle. They don’t charge you for things you don’t need. Work is done quickly and at a fare price. Highly recommended
