I must say this was a great choice!!! I checked the reviews before I even called and I was confident from the great feedback. I’m new to Florida and needed a trustworthy mechanic shop. Everyone wants to receive quality, and timely work at a fair price when their auto is worked on. I pull out of East Coast feeling that and more. The “more” is the feeling they are looking at the longer range maintenance for vehicle retention. A barometer of the car and its non LOF maintenance needs. Not trying to get the quick sale of work done on that visit but my return. This gives the feel of a partnership and looking after my best interests.
Thank you to Aaron for making time to take care of me, both he and Ed do a phenomenal job of getting you in and out without extra pressure for unneeded work. Genuinely great place for women who have a hard time trusting the auto industry. I've sent colleagues and friends here and they're now repeat customers. Thank you again!!
Ed and the guys have always taken great care of my 2011 car so that I feel safe when I take a trip and when I drive around Jax. They are reliable and honest and I always enjoy my experience there. As a senior citizen, I really appreciate their expertise and knowledge and kindness.
Always get great service at East Coast Auto Care. Been taking my Toyota Tacoma to them for years. If it’s not broken they don’t fix it. They just replace my shocks front and rear. Rides whole lot better.Thank You East Coast Auto Care!!!
