Office rescheduled me because I was five minutes late as is their policy. I accepted this, with disappointment, but decided to come in anyway to fill out the paperwork since I was already in the parking lot. The next available appointment with Ashley Rubenstein was several weeks out due to her vacation, also understandable. My whole family and many friends come here for the excellent service. We love Mariana Abrams and Ashley Rubenstein! The two pair together well to help us with our vertigo. We have done a bit of everything here throughout the years from hearing tests, VNG, PT, dry needling and have always recieved exceptional care and always a pleasure to visit. I had two head injuries resulting in a concussion which rendered me unsteady in walking dizzy, and with headaches. Ashley created a plan and with her gentle encouragement I was able to improve dramatically in just 6 weeks. My greatest admiration for her skills and professionalism.
The best! Extremely attentive and encouraging and I wouldn't hesitate to return there if needed.
