My son has spent his summer training with Joe and Ricky. Honestly, can’t express my gratitude enough !! The confidence and knowledge my son has gained is priceless. Thank You to the entire staff! Not only did he enjoy the personal training but he also enjoyed the Muay Thai & Bjj classes. Wishing you all great success and look forward to seeing you next summer.
Helpful staff. 24 hour gym so it's extremely flexible if you have to get a work out in with a busy schedule. Place is being renovated and far nicer than it was previously. Now offers martial arts including Muay Thai and BJJ. Gym will be transforming into an MMA gym with a 24 hour gym. Great place to train for weight lifting and martial arts alike regardless of experience level. I can only see it continuing to get better.
Great gym with all the equipment you will ever need.
