What a great experience! East Coast Arbor and the Boys came out sooner than any other company in town with their level of experience and good reviews and history. Every other reputable company was a 2-3 week wait minimum, and we were frantic to get 2 Palms down in out front yard after having the 3rd fall in the middle of the night only a couple feet from out brand new roof. I had used this co. a couple years ago and was not unpleased with the work at the time, so I had them do some more work this year. At the time of the estimate I told the owner to send me the written estimate, he asked me to text him the email address so I did and since I was going to be out of town he was supposed to send the invoice by email as well. Awesome crew! They knocked down a huge oak in a day and did the rest the following. They will get there machines in the tightest of spots to make it work!
Extremely professional, worked with a sense of urgency and did an excellent job at cleaning up. Will definitely use again.
