East coast appraisals was refered to me by the attorney. He stated that this company was reputable and works well with the courts of New York City. I can tell you that I agree. I spoke with Steve and he was absolutely professional, punctual and did an outstanding job on the appraisal. I called Steve’s office and he returned my call in a timely manner. In my position as a high-end broker, I am always very aware of how the appraiser looks at the unit, is on top of his comps and presents an appraisal in a timely fashion.
