I bought a stackable washer and dryer unit for my condo, and they delivered it a week later. The price was a little high ant 1700 some dollars. However, the delivery people refused to take away my old unit and just left it outside without telling me. Our refrigerator went out unexpectedly and rather than going to the big box stores, we drove more than 30 minutes to East Coast Appliance. Having purchased with them before we decided to try and support them over the bigger companies. I hope if you buy from East Coast appliance your happy at 1st everything works fine let it break down and your out in the cold by yourself They will treat you like a second class citizen

My sales person (Stacy) at the Fredericksburg store was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in answering my many questions on the various brands of washers/dryers. She wasn't just trying to make a sale , she gave me an opportunity to browse and make my own decision. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I am so happy with my Electrolux purchase. I will be buying my future appliances here. Thanks soo much Stacy! .

I have purchased from East Coast and I love my washer and dryer. They were less than anywhere else and are awesome. I would return to East Coast Appliance again.

BUYER BEWARE! I have never written a negative review before, so here goes: Please read the “return” policy before dealing with East Coast Appliance. “If the appliance has been taken out of the box, the appliance is yours” is the bottom line of their policy. When the technician installed my wall oven, I voiced a concern about the amount of air that was coming out of the vents. I do understand that this ventilation is important to keep the inner workings cool. However, the air is so strong that it can blow out a candle from... read more
