I would steer clear of this place, I am a property manager, I buy a new appliance about once every three month, I am new to the Virginia Beach Area, I thought I would give these guys a try. I found a stove to my liking, it was scratch and dent, the salesman went over the damage which appear to be almost none, I bought the stove, for some odd reason they said they needed to take the stove out the back door, the odd reason was they apparently switch it with another stove with a lot more damage, they hustled it on to the truck ... read more
My wife and I were looking for a gas stove. Thomas Stovall was our sales rep and was most accommodating on finding one that met our needs. Not only did he find 1 for us, he took the time to explain the inner workings and set up delivery time that worked around our schedule. We had some questions after delivery, called service, they came and fixed our problem. I would recommend ECA for all your appliance needs!
