Thank you again to Jim and team had the team back out here replacing the motor on my unit very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Recommend a highly.I called East coast Air solutions and they were here within a two hour window earlier than they even promised. Jim was great ! I’ll recommend East coast to everyone . Very efficient, timely , professional, and they get the job done. Thank you Jim !!!

My grandmother was having issues with her A/C. Woody was the first technician to come out and complete the diagnostic testing, and Jim followed up to resolve the issue. Both were professional, efficient, and worked quickly. The customer service was excellent, and we truly appreciated their responsiveness and expertise. Highly recommend their services! Thanks again!

These people provide terrible service. They came to my house, charged me $300, and never fixed the problem. I do not recommend them at all. They were unprofessional and admitted they did not know how to handle other issues with the air conditioning system. In my experience, they charged for their visit but failed to solve the problem. I was very disappointed with the service.
