We had a similar experience as the last few reviews. Next time we will use another company as suggested by the manufacturer.

I would not recommend east coast air. Our cooling hasn't been working and we called them to fix it. They sent a rep out, he said the valve was stuck and "unstuck" it. Well it keeps getting stuck so I don't consider it actually fixed and asked them to come back and fix it. The valve would need to be replaced and I asked to have 109.25 credited on my invoice since "getting it unstuck" didn't actually fix it.
